Philip DeHart

Philip DeHart joined The TBF Law Group’s estate planning department after several years of handling business and consumer reorganizations. He understands the pitfalls of bad (or a lack of) planning and the profound impact that such decisions can make on a family’s financial security. Mr. DeHart works with clients possessing everything from very small to multi-million dollar estates to ensure that their assets best can be protected and distributed according to his clients’ wishes.

Mr. DeHart offers comprehensive estate planning services, often with the assistance of independent financial advisors, to craft packages that ensure that end-of-life medical decisions are made pursuant to your wishes, that your loved ones are cared for, and that as much of your estate is protected from creditors and taxes as is possible. He also offers probate services throughout central Texas to help your loved ones administer the terms of your will. Mr. DeHart is a proud alumnus of the University of Georgia School of Law and of the Pennsylvania State University.

Leigh de la Reza

Leigh de la Reza is “of counsel” to the TBF Law Group, and assists with estate planning and probate clients of the firm.

She began her legal career practicing with the Travis County Juvenile Public Defenders office. Her dedication to the law and determined work ethic paid off. In addition to being given a full case load and having the opportunity to work on a juvenile appeal she counseled several determinate sentence cases. Leigh then went to work for the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission as an administrative law judge and attorney for the agency. Her in-depth experience in these areas assisted her in transitioning her practice to assisting clients in need of estate planning or probate services.

Leigh’s dedication to everything in her life is apparent, from practicing law; to social activism; to raising a family (which includes twin daughters Evelyn and Rowan). At a time when many attorneys become cynical with the legal system, Leigh maintains her strong beliefs in social equality, individuality, and the importance of compassionate advocacy. The TBF Law Group is proud to consider Leigh as a valuable team member.
